Site problems fixed GO!
There was a small bug that limited certain types of images from being uploaded. It’s been fixed now and there shouldn’t be any other problems. If you spot a problem, please post it here or on the forums.
Nude Photography GO!
A nice tutorial on how to take nude photographs.
Introducing gay.prickr.com and straight.prickr.com GO!
As some of you might have noticed, prickr was divided into two sections; a gay site and a straight one. It’s been a long time coming and we’re pleased with the result. When you upload photos, you’ll be asked if you want to add your photos to the straight site, or the gay one. If you’ve filled in your profile, this will be defaulted to whatever you chose.
Additionally, there have been some changes to your profile. You can now select what content you want to see when you’re logged in. That means less of the content you don’t want to see. This won’t mean 100% elimination of everything you don’t want to see, but it will definitely help.
New features coming! GO!
Stay tuned! New features will be released in the next day or so. Final testing is being done and once passed, they’ll be set live.
RSS feeds GO!
The RSS feeds are now live! Check out our FAQ for more info.
We’ve also update the FAQ on how to add your photos to your blog or forum.
New features GO!
After a nice test of the server’s capabilities thanks to reddit, we noticed a few missing pieces to the site. We’ve added a few features and cleaned up some issues we noticed. Probably the biggest change you’ll notice is the new ‘galleries’ feature. You can upload pictures and drop them right into a gallery. The gallery will show up on the right hand side of any picture that’s in the gallery.
Round Corners, Photo Sharing, Web 2.0…Oh, my! GO!
It’s Web 2.0 porn!
We’ve been working long and hard on the site and we’re pretty proud of it. We’re getting pretty close to officially launching and we’re in the process of finalizing things.
Currently, we’re going through the process of getting approval so that we can start taking credit card orders through the site. Until that process is complete, there are no limits on the site. Unlimited uploads and downloads.
We’re also cleaning up some bugs. You might notice some sharp edges here and there. If you do, we’d appreciate you dropping us a line by emailing us, or by leaving a comment here. We look forward to your feedback! You can refer to our FAQ page or email us if you have any questions.
What’s the future of prickr? We’ll be adding new features as often as we come up with them. We’ll be launching a contest shortly, so stay tuned.
